Abstract
Dizziness is most frequently caused by blood pressure dysregulation comprising a broad
spectrum from constitutional and orthostatic hypotension to severe conditions like
endocrinopathies and neurodegenerative diseases with autonomic dysfunction like in
multiple system atrophy.
Zu den häufigsten Ursachen von Schwindel in der Praxis gehören Blutdruckregulationsstörungen.
Das Spektrum ist sehr breit und reicht von der harmlosen konstitutionellen Hypotonie
über orthostatischen Schwindel bis zu schwerwiegenden Endokrinopathien und neurodegenerativen
Erkrankungen wie der Multisystematrophie. Schwindel kann aber auch bei arterieller
Hypertonie auftreten.
